I bought the sail boat cot blanket pattern but I am confused. Is it knit in strips of pattern and sewn together? Do you go from a striped area to a motif/sailboat area as you knit along? Do you have row by row instructions so I don't have to use the chart? Does the pattern have you knit a striped section and then a motif section? Any advice of clarification would be appreciated. it is a very cute pattern. Would love to make it!!
